1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by scrplay3 through the website scrplay3.net or any related mobile or web application (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Member" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the scrplay3 Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the scrplay3 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date specified in the updated document.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and scrplay3 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2.Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the scrplay3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. scrplay3 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise excluded from the scrplay3 Platform or any affiliated service.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of scrplay3 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member thereof.

scrplay3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Where scrplay3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, scrplay3 may immediately suspend the relevant account and void any transactions conducted on that account.

3.Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of scrplay3 Platform features, you must register a member account. You agree that:

1. All registration information provided is accurate, complete, and current at the time of registration and will be maintained in an accurate and up-to-date state throughout your membership.
2. You will maintain only one single account on the scrplay3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all identified accounts.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
4. You will notify scrplay3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
5. scrplay3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

scrplay3 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts, particularly those with higher deposit balances or VIP tier status.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Banking

All transactions on the scrplay3 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

1. Deposits: scrplay3 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
2. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. scrplay3 targets withdrawal processing times of under ten minutes for e-wallet methods and under one business day for bank transfer methods, subject to verification requirements.
3. Verification holds: scrplay3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or bonus wagering requirement confirmation.
4. Fees: scrplay3 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own service charges, for which scrplay3 bears no responsibility.
5. Disputed transactions: Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised with scrplay3 customer support within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant transaction date. Claims raised outside this window may not be considered.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

scrplay3 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to Members. The following general conditions apply to all scrplay3 promotions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

1. Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
2. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
3. scrplay3 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or reclaim bonus funds where scrplay3 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or collusive behaviour in connection with any promotion.
4. scrplay3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the scrplay3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the scrplay3 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded Member or have been otherwise prohibited from using scrplay3.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any scrplay3 Platform software or security system.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the scrplay3 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of scrplay3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the scrplay3 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of scrplay3.

Your scrplay3 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time by scrplay3 without notice or liability.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay3 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the scrplay3 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, network outages, or Platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside scrplay3's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or force majeure events.

scrplay3's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.Responsible Gaming

scrplay3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The following tools are available within every scrplay3 account and may be configured at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your scrplay3 account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when a session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the scrplay3 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum cooling-off period specified at the time of request.

10.Suspension and Termination

scrplay3 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules or policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A direction from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your account, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all required verification and compliance checks.

11.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to scrplay3's operating jurisdiction. scrplay3 and you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting scrplay3 customer support. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.

12.Amendments to These Terms

scrplay3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material, scrplay3 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or communicated to your registered email address. Your continued use of the scrplay3 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
